FUNDRAISING
Fundraising has always been a big part of our work and without it and the support we get from out volunteers we would not be able to provide the services that so many people rely on.
Whether you want to support us through your community, school, workplace or your own personal event, we want to make it as easy and as fun for you as possible.
There are lots of ways to get involved and we have something to suit everyone – young and old.
If you have a fundraising idea or would like some help or advice.
Call the centre on 02882 246599 or email: [email protected]
COMMUNITY
There are lots of fun-filled ways you can help support people in your community living with cancer.
Planning your own event is a great way to support us as there are so many types to choose from. Whether organising a concert or a fashion show, there will be an event for you!
You could tie your fundraiser in with the time of year you plan to hold the event, for example, have a spring clean with a car boot sale or catch up with friends in the cold winter months by hosting a coffee morning. If you belong to a club or association, why not support us by organising an event that relates to your club such as a charity cycling or golfing day.
SCHOOL
WORK
Whether it is a sponsored read-a-long, a non-uniform day, or coffee morning, sponsored walk or sports day; whatever you choose to do you will be making an incredible difference to the lives of people living with cancer in your local community. No matter how much is raised, every little helps.
If you would like to discuss a fundraising idea, call the centre on 028 8224 6599 or Email: [email protected]
